Passport valid at least six months
2 photographs with white background 35x45mm
Covering letter for stating purpose
No Objection Certificate from Immigration Directorate arranged by Sponsor
Medical examination by consulate panel doctors.
VISA Fee Rs. 1000.00
Note:

Passengers from Mumbai get the visa stamp on their passport after showing NOC to consulate.
Passengers from others states get visa on arrival after showing NOC at Bahrain Airport.
