W.E.F. 10th Feb 2015, the applicant has to fill online visa form, paid the visa fee online and book an appointment for biometric and has to come in person at VFS Ireland, Mumbai to submit visa application form. Please note you have to make 2 sets of all documents along with passport full pages copy 2 sets including old passports.
