As per the latest update, please note that with effect from 02nd November 2015, Biometric (fingerprints & digital photo) has become a mandatory requirement for All Schengen Country Visas. Which means that all travelers applying for a Schengen visa will now have to come personally to the respective Embassy/VFS centre for biometric and application submission.
This biometric data will be valid for 5 years and the travelers, who have already given their biometric once, will not need to come personally for biometric/submission for next 5 years.
Following travellers are exempted from biometric
• Children under 12 years of age
• Persons for whom the collection of fingerprints is physically impossible
• Sovereigns and other senior members of a royal family, Heads of State and members of the national Governments (with their official delegations and spouses) if they travel for official purposes.
In this regards, there are very important points that you would need to understand and inform to all your clients as well:-
All visa norms and procedure would remain the same as they are now.
Role of Unicorn Tourism Shall continue providing the visa documentation support, DD making, meet & assist, guidance to the clients appearing for biometric. Applicant just needs to appear personally for biometric and rest all will be taken care of by Unicorn Tourism only.
Unicorn Tourism shall also be making over the counter collection on applicant’s behalf.
Unicorn Tourism shall be taking the appointment for all Schengen countries on behalf of the applicants.

W.e.f 24 June 2014: Please note that with immediate effect, applicants who are applying with their families have to submit the proof of family relation with the principal applicant, for example: If he /she is spouse then Marriage Certificate and in case of Child Birth Certificate is required in original Pls note the certificate will be accepted only in English language if it’s in any other language then you have to translate in English on 100rs stamp paper with original notary.
W.E.F. 07th March , 2014 , the consulate will require typed Visa form , Medical declaration & Authorization form to be filled online only.
The forms should be signed in blue pen only.
As per All the Scghengen consulates in Mumbai, henceforth no handwritten passport will be accepted for visa submission.
w.e.f. 28.11.2013, the consulate required medical insurance for 15 days from the date of return in India.
Please note that the Consulate will accept the medical insurance listed by the Consulate.
w.e.f. 6th March 2013, Medical declaration form has to be sign by the passenger along with the visa form as to be submitted while submission of application. Kindly download the form below.
All application need to submit their old passport along with the visa application, pls note its mandatory and without it the application will not be accepted by the vfs or consulate .
W.e.f 21st Nov 2011, Spain submission has to been done in VFS.
With Immediate Effect Passports which are issued more than 10 years ago, cannot be accepted any more , the pax will have to take a fresh passport.
Business Visa :
Valid Passport for 3 months from the return date,
One original type application form dully filled in and its should be signed with a blue ball-point pen by the applicant with a photo should be pasted / stuck & in visa form E mail address of Applicant with the telephone number,
Two latest photographs 3.5 cms x 4.5 cms with the head centered in the frame 80% face,
Covering letter from Indian company with mentioning the pax designation, Date of Joining & his Salary Or pax is doing a business then he pax to give Indian company registration copy Or If pax is partner of company then partner ship deed copy .
Invitation letter from Spain,
Hotel confirmation as per the air ticket,
If working then Salary Slip for last 6 months ,
Personal 3 yrs Income Tax Papers,
Personal bank statements for last 06 months with bank seal & signed,
